I feel bad for those who do not take time out of their busy lives to slow down and connect to your body, to your breath. Body awareness is sooo important in both our physical and mental health. Those who think they do not have time to take a few minutes out of each day to connect with your body, are truly the ones who need it the most! Make time for your self. Your bodies, minds and spirits will thank you later!
